15+ Years in Tech Retail
Before founding WEP, I spent over 15 years on the front lines of technology retail — learning products, customers, and the business of tech from four of the biggest names in the industry:
Staples — Easy Tech
Computer repair, tech support, and business solutions. This is where I learned to diagnose and fix problems fast — real customers with real urgency.
MicroCenter — Electronics Specialist
Deep product knowledge across PC components, peripherals, and consumer electronics. If you want to know the difference between every motherboard on the shelf, you work at MicroCenter.
Best Buy — Consumer Electronics
High-volume retail, customer service at scale, and building the habit of explaining complex technology in simple terms that people actually understand.
Fry's Electronics — District 1 Supervisor
This is where I reached my highest level in retail. District 1 Supervisor — overseeing operations, staff, inventory, and performance across the district. Fry's was the serious enthusiast's store and it demanded serious knowledge. This role sharpened my understanding of product sourcing, retail operations, and what it takes to run a high-performing team.
The eCommerce Chapter — 2016 to 2020
In 2016 I took everything I learned in tech retail and moved into eCommerce consulting. I built a full-scale eBay operation from scratch for a client — handling listings, photography, pricing strategy, customer service, and fulfillment. By 2020 that store had crossed over $1,000,000 in sales. Then COVID hit, the contract ended, and I walked away with almost nothing to show for it financially. But I walked away with something more valuable — I knew exactly how to build and run a million-dollar eCommerce operation. So I built my own.
Building WEP — 2020 to Now
I founded WEP Computer Repair & Consulting LLC and WEPCRC LLC out of that experience. I wasn't starting from zero — I was starting from everything I had learned the hard way. Since 2020 I've been running a multi-platform eCommerce operation across eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces, while simultaneously building custom PCs, repairing computers, and providing IT consulting to homes and small businesses across the North Atlanta & Greater North Georgia Area.
Nearly $1M in revenue since 2020. 5.0 stars across 23 Google reviews. Every dollar earned, every build completed, every network deployed — by me, directly, with no middleman.
What Keeps Me Going
The thing people don't always see is the loyalty. Customers who called me once for a quick fix and are still calling years later. People who thought they were done needing me — and then life happened, and I was the first number they dialed. That's not marketing. That's trust built over time, one honest interaction at a time.
I stay ready because the next chapter is already in motion. Something bigger than what's visible here. Something that solves a real problem at scale — built from years of being in the trenches and seeing what's broken firsthand.
If you're the kind of person who moves before the crowd and wants in early — you already know what to do.
